Prepare for Departure!

Here are some of our special attractions and events planned for this years carnival:

Fun Passes and Tickets:

Carnival is not complete without your Fun Passes and Tickets. Don't stand in line at the Ticket Booth the night of carnival. Fun Passes allow the children to do the games and most of the rides as many times as they like. Tickets are needed for concessions and some of the rides. Pre-order your Fun Passes and Tickets today. Packing Checklist

Carnival Merchandise can be purchased online at the Carnival Store. Merchandise will be delivered on Friday, October 21st via backpack mail. If you have any questions about your order, please contact Aza Bowlin, azabowlin@gmail.com and Yvette Owens,yvettedowens@yahoo.com

Carnival Week:

Mark your calendars! The week of carnival is filled with lots of fun and zany activities for the kids! Parents are welcome to all activities.

Monday	Tuesday	Wednesday	Thursday	Friday
Spend the day in France Decorating Crepes. Yummy!	Field Day	Pre-K Field Day	International Day
	Cool down with an Italian gelato	Safari Adventure	Dress in your costume Carnival attire from your favorite country.
Wear your carnival t-shirt, suspenders, toesocks all week to school			Make your cakes for the Cake Contest	EARLY DISMISSAL 11:40 AM CARNIVAL!!!

Don't forget that students may wear their carnival t-shirt to school the whole week of carnival. Previous year t-shirts may also be worn.

Ways everyone can get involved:

Corporate Sponsor

Your company or family name will be advertised in all carnival newsletters, while your dollars fund numerous educational programs here at St. James. To learn more on how you can become a corporate sponsor, click "HERE"

Sponsor a Booth

Your name will be displayed in front of your sponsored booth and listed in newsletters, while your dollars help offset the cost of carnival. To learn more on how you can become a booth sponsor, click "HERE"

Volunteer

We need lots of help both on field day and carnival night. To volunteer for a booth shift on carnival night, click "HERE" If you have any questions, please contact Joey Roy at jroy@stjamesbr.org

Raffle

This years winner will win a travel voucher worth $1000 to use at any Ritz Carlton in the continental U.S.!! Tickets are $2.00 each or a book for $20. Our goal is for every student to sell atleast 2 books or more. There will be a surprise from Mrs. Chauviere before dismissal on Carnival Day!
